Isaac Russell is an author, professional keynote speaker, mentor, and a nationally-recognized, leadership and executive business coach.
He is the founder and CEO of Success Plus which is a leadership consulting firm established in 1993 that provides hands-on management training and coaching to companies in the industrial, manufacturing, customer service, and service industries all over the globe. Isaac has more than 30 combined years as a leader and business owner. The main area of concentration, over the last 15-20 years has been in the industrial, manufacturing, customer service, and service arena.
For more than 30 years, Isaac has helped some of America’s most recognized brands, such as Coca-Cola, Tyson Foods, and Johnsonville Foods, increase productivity, reduce turnover, boost profits, and create stronger relationships between leadership teams and their employees. He credits his own success to the influence of the late George Howard, the man who pioneered the leadership of Alabama Industrial Development Training. Isaac’s book and presentation, Improving Profits through People, helps owners, managers, and supervisors learn how to increase their profits by investing in people. He regularly travels throughout the world but makes his home in Alabama.
