Unlock the Block to Peak Performance and Selling Success

In this high-energy presentation, Tim will provide sales professionals with a six-step process to navigate around the barriers that hold them back from selling success. He will show them how to be more successful in selling by changing the way they think and changing the way they sell. He will also demonstrate how to use his 6 X 6 Plan for sustained excellence in selling personal peak performance. He’ll share more than 26 sales strategies and selling concepts that he has personally used over a 30-year career. Finally, Tim will provide strategies to stop the mental blocks that prevent and sabotage closing sales.

In this presentation, Tim will help leaders implement service strategies he learned while leading a luxury Five Diamond resort property leadership team through their quest to achieve AAA’s Five Diamond designation. While in this role, Tim learned that many of the “secrets” for delivering Five Star Service which can be easy to implement. He will also share the program he designed and developed for the resort property which helped them achieve international recognition. This program will provide tailored content and a formula for delivering exceptional service and outstanding customer experiences. Strategies will also be shared on how to hire and keep great staff and keep employees excited about serving!

Unlock the Block to Innovative Leadership and New Thinking

Based on research from the Putnam published book “Transformation Thinking” co-authored by Tim, this presentation will teach leaders how to think innovatively and creatively while navigating around the barriers that hold people back from taking action. Tim will provide tips and techniques to increase personal brainpower while demonstrating how to encourage new thinking in times of rapid change. He’ll talk about the mind shift required to think differently and provide 6 strategies to help leaders make that shift. He’ll also share ideas that unlock mental blocks, sabotage leaders and provide content to challenge how they think, lead, and act.

Post-keynote facilitated panel

After any of Tim’s keynotes, he can also facilitate a panel discussion to help extend the message and focus on implementation. How it works: Tim will interview up to 3 pre-selected innovative industry leaders either in a session after his keynote OR as part of the conference closing general session. Tim will thoughtfully prepare questions to ask the panel that will both support the presentation key points and challenge the audience.

A few weeks before the program, Tim will have a phone conference call with the panel to provide an overview of the presentation and to develop a list of questions that will be asked after his keynote along with ideas for implementation.  He will also meet with the panel on site to ensure the presentation is on target, well prepared, and relevant. The audience will be encouraged to participate in the dialogue through the use of buzz groups, online polling, and/or Twitter. The goal is to combine a session that creates a great blend of motivational, innovative and compelling content along with the wisdom, insights, and experience from industry experts.
